The people that die, bleed red blood

As they lay face down, in the wet mud

Roses are red, violets are blue with pain

This poem represents the soldiers slain

The grave is dug as we all stand near

21 gun salute shot to the drop of a tear

Here lays the departed, blood and roses

The ones we loved, the ones held closest

Its sad that everywhere has an essence of war

A new day, a new death a sadness, an outpour

Wipe the tears of sadness with an angels wing

As the loss of life is the strongest sting “Angels Love”
